Quick Tips:
Preparing Your Project

When you submit your work to us, please:

  • Double space your manuscript on one side of the paper only. Submit an electronic copy in Microsoft Word.
  • Learn to use the Track Changes function so we can exchange corrections easily.
  • Use an easy-to-read font such as 12 pt. Courier or Times Roman.
  • Number each page consecutively, not chapter by chapter. Place your name on each page.
  • Submit the pages only. Do not bind them in any way.
  • If you are using a computer, do not put two spaces between sentences.
  • Proofread your manuscript thoroughly.
  • Include a stamped, self-addressed  envelope with your hard copy.
